注意事項

1. 加購項目每攤位只需要購買一個即可（例：您的攤位為兩日，只需要購買一個電，即可使用兩日）
2. 椅子如需多張請加購多個
3. 助手入場券僅能於活動當日加購，標準攤位每日最多加購2張，豪華攤位每日最多加購4張。

Notes:

• Each add-on item needs to be purchased only once per booth (e.g., if your booth is reserved for two days, one electricity add-on covers both days).
• If additional chairs are required, please purchase as many as needed.
• Assistant entry tickets can only be purchased on the day of the event. For a standard booth, a maximum of 2 tickets per day can be purchased, and for a deluxe booth, a maximum of 4 tickets per day can be purchased.

注意事項：

• 追加オプションは各ブースにつき1つのみ購入可能です（例：ブースが2日間の場合、電力追加は1回購入すれば2日間利用できます）。
• 複数の椅子が必要な場合は、必要な枚数だけ追加購入してください。
• アシスタント入場券はイベント当日のみ購入可能です。標準ブースは1日につき最大2枚、豪華ブースは1日につき最大4枚まで購入可能です。

背面パネル用のポスター印刷をご希望の場合、推奨最大サイズは以下の通りです：

• 標準：高さ245cm × 幅195cm
• 豪華：高さ245cm × 幅295cm

• 自2025年開始，CosFANS&AGA採用計點方式判別是否錄取，點數為累積制。
• 活動將優先錄取點數較高之創作者。
• 若報名人更換但創作者相同時，將會採用該創作者上一場的紀錄做為參考依據。
• 若合攤，將會加總攤位內所有創作者的累計點數，並除以合攤人數（例：A+B合攤，A累計18點，B累計2點，則該攤位分數為(18+2)/2=10點）
• 若合攤，攤位若有扣點/加點，所有合攤的創作者均會同時扣點/加點
• 舞台加點為採個人計點，合攤的創作者不會同時加點。

＊各攤位累積點數將不會公開發表，也不會提供給攤位，敬請見諒＊

加點項目

• 上一場未錄取/未參加，加10點
• 活動前後兩個月無參加其他成人類型活動，加10點
• 創作者準時於開場前至攤位進行營業，加6點
• 創作者在上一場無違規紀錄，加6點
• 申請舞台走秀，每次加10點

扣點項目

• 是否有遲到紀錄，活動開場後仍然無Coser於攤位進行營業，每遲到半小時，扣取2點
• 是否有空攤紀錄，若整日未到，扣取20點
• 攤位增加創作者無主動進行申報，扣取5點
• 攤位違規勸導，每次勸導扣取2點
• 申請舞台走秀無準時登台，扣取10點
• 攤位有遺留大型廢棄物，每個遺落物扣取5點
• 攤位設備無完整歸還/遭損毀，每個遺失/遭損毀項目扣取5點
• 遊客投訴，若我們評估後實屬違規項目，每個投訴扣取1點
• 攤位重大違規或造成本展形象或金錢損失，每次扣取100點

Booth Review Criteria

Starting in 2025, CosFANS & AGA will decide booth acceptance using a point system. Points accumulate over time. The event will choose creators with higher points first.

• If the registrant changes but the creator remains the same, the creator’s previous record is used.
• When sharing a booth, add all creators’ points and divide by the number of creators. (For example, if A has 18 points and B has 2 points, the booth score is (18+2)/2 = 10 points.)
• For shared booths, any bonus or penalty points apply equally to all creators.
• Stage bonus points are given individually and are not shared.

The total points for each booth will not be publicly shown or provided.

Bonus Points

• Not accepted or did not participate last time: +10 points
• No participation in other adult events for two months before or after the event: +10 points
• Creator starts business on time before the event: +6 points
• No rule violations in the previous event: +6 points
• Each stage runway application: +10 points

Penalty Points

• Late arrival: If no cosplayer is at the booth after the event starts, deduct 2 points for every half hour late.
• If the booth is unattended for the whole day: -20 points
• Adding a creator without reporting: -5 points
• Each violation counseling at the booth: -2 points
• Not showing up on time for a stage runway application: -10 points
• Leaving large waste items at the booth: -5 points per item
• Not returning or damaging booth equipment: -5 points per item
• Valid visitor complaint: -1 point per complaint
• Serious violations that harm the event’s image or cause financial loss: -100 points each

ブース審査基準

2025年から、CosFANS & AGAはポイント制でブースの採用を決めます。ポイントは累積され、ポイントが高いクリエイターが優先されます。

• 申込者が変わっても、クリエイターが同じなら、前回の記録を使います。
• 複数人でブースを使う場合、全員のポイントを合計して、人数で割ります。（例：Aさんが18点、Bさんが2点なら、ブースの得点は(18+2)/2 = 10点です。）
• 共有ブースの場合、加点・減点は全員に同じように適用されます。
• ステージの加点は個別に計算され、共有の場合も個人の得点になります。

加点項目

• 前回採用されなかった／参加しなかった場合：＋10点
• イベント前後2ヶ月間、他の成人イベントに参加していない場合：＋10点
• イベント開始前にブースで営業を始めた場合：＋6点
• 前回のイベントで違反がなかった場合：＋6点
• ステージランウェイに申請するたびに：＋10点

減点項目

• 遅刻：イベント開始後にブースにコスプレイヤーがいない場合、30分ごとに**－2点**
• 終日ブースにいなかった場合：－20点
• クリエイターの追加を報告しなかった場合：－5点
• ブースでの違反注意を受けた場合、1回ごとに**－2点**
• ステージランウェイに時間通りに登場しなかった場合：－10点
• ブースに大型ゴミが残った場合、1個ごとに**－5点**
• ブース設備が返却されなかったり、破損している場合、1項目ごとに**－5点**
• 有効な来場者の苦情があった場合、1件ごとに**－1点**
• イベントのイメージや金銭に大きな損害を与える重大な違反の場合：－100点
