Simple booths are limited to artists only(NOT FOR COSPLAYER), with a maximum of 2 people per booth.

If two simple booths are purchased, it will form a complete table, accommodating up to 4 people.

◆入場方法

• 設営の際は翌日のクリエイター入場証を提示してください（例：10月12日の入場設営には、10月12日のクリエイター入場証を提示）。
• 後続の会場整理および会場前の設営が必要なため、クリエイターの皆様は設営時間内に必ず会場を退場してください。ご協力ありがとうございます。
• クリエイターの皆様には、イベント前に主催者から郵送で「クリエイターIDカード」が送付されます。
• 海外からのクリエイターは、イベント当日に「パスポート」を持参し、「クリエイター補助証明書発行所」でクリエイターIDカードを受け取ってください。

◆アシスタント入場方法

追加のアシスタント入場券が必要な場合、イベント当日に「クリエイター支払窓口」で購入してください。アシスタントの1日券は300元です。簡易ブースは最大1枚、標準ブースは1日最大2枚、豪華ブースは1日最大4枚まで追加購入が可能です。

◆Entry Procedure

• Please present the creator entry pass for the next day during setup (e.g., for setup on October 12, present the entry pass for October 12).
• As venue cleanup and further setup are required after this, all creators must exit the venue before the setup period ends. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Creators will receive a "Creator Identification Pass" from the organizer by mail before the event.
• Overseas creators must bring their "passport" to the "Creator Pass Replacement Desk" on the event day to receive their identification pass.

◆Assistant Entry Procedure

If you need to purchase an additional assistant entry, please buy it at the "Creator Payment Desk" on the event day. The assistant ticket price is 300 TWD per day. Simple booths can purchase up to 1 additional ticket, standard booths can purchase up to 2 per day, and deluxe booths can purchase up to 4 per day.

Creator Booth Subsidy:

• Booth numbers will be assigned to accepted applicants.
• Accepted applicants can share their booth numbers with fans. When fans purchase tickets, they can enter the booth number to receive a 100 TWD discount on single-day tickets.
• Fans enter the booth number when purchasing single-day tickets online.
• If 100 or more single-day tickets are sold with a specific booth number, the full booth fee will be subsidized.
• The deadline to enter the booth number for the discount is September 20 at 11:59.
• Subsidies for qualifying booth fees will be refunded to the designated bank accounts of the booths via the registration system by October 10.

クリエイターのブース補助：

• ブース番号が合格者に発行されます。
• 合格者はブース番号をファンに共有できます。ファンがチケットを購入する際にブース番号を入力すると、1日券が100元割引されます。
• ファンはオンラインで1日券を購入する際にブース番号を入力します。
• 特定のブース番号で100枚以上の1日券が販売された場合、全額のブース費用が補助されます。
• 割引のためのブース番号入力期限は9月20日11:59までです。
• 基準を達成したブースの補助金は、10月10日までに登録システムを通じてブース指定の銀行口座に返金されます。

Creator Booth:

• Do not occupy walkways with your products or engage in hawking.
• Hanging scrolls or displays must not exceed 2.5 meters in height.
• According to Nangang Exhibition Hall regulations, any hanging scrolls/displays/products with a total length exceeding 60 cm on any side must have the nipples and genital areas covered with simple tape mosaics.
• There are no restrictions on product content, but illegal items (e.g., firearms, drugs, uncertified food, used clothing) are prohibited.
• For simple booths renting half a table, do not exceed the rented space with your products and personal items to avoid disturbing neighboring booths.
• Booth decorations should not cover the booth number sign (sign dimensions are 30 cm x 30 cm).

Cosplay Booth Guidelines

• Do not occupy walkways with your products or engage in hawking.
• Hanging scrolls or displays must not exceed 2.5 meters in height.
• According to Nangang Exhibition Hall regulations, any hanging scrolls/displays/products with a total length exceeding 60 cm on any side must have the nipples and genital areas covered with simple tape mosaics.
• There are no restrictions on product content, but illegal items (e.g., firearms, drugs, uncertified food, used clothing, explicit video discs) are prohibited.
• The organizers do not issue any interaction tickets or photo tickets. Each booth should sell these on their own if needed.
• Booths cannot be privately constructed or enclosed/partitioned/shielded in any form. Violations will result in on-site removal.
• Cosplayer attire must not expose the three critical areas.
• Booth decorations should not cover the booth number sign (sign dimensions are 30 cm x 30 cm).
• Follow this dress code when entering or leaving the venue, and do not enter or leave the exhibition hall in revealing clothing.

• ブースの装飾品はブース番号の看板を遮らないようにしてください。（看板のサイズは30cm x 30cmです）

コスプレブース規範

• 通路を占有して自分の商品を展示したり、販売を呼びかけたりしないでください。
• 掛け軸や展示品は2.5メートルを超えないようにしてください。
• 南港展覧館の規則により、掛け軸/展示品/商品は、三辺の合計が60センチを超える場合、乳首と性器部分をテープで簡単にモザイク処理してください。
• 商品内容には制限はありませんが、違法商品（例：銃器、薬物、認証されていない食品、使用済みの衣類、性交映像ディスクなど）を販売しないように注意してください。
• 公式にはインタラクションチケットや写真撮影券は発行されません。必要な場合は各ブースで自ら販売してください。
• ブースを私的に建設したり、いかなる形でもブースを囲ったり、遮ったりすることはできません。違反が見つかった場合、その場で撤去されます。
• コスプレイヤーの衣装は、三点を露出しないようにしてください。
• ブースの装飾品はブース番号の看板を遮らないようにしてください。（看板のサイズは30cm x 30cmです）
• 会場に出入りする際は、この服装規定に従ってください。露出の多い服装で会場に出入りしないでください。

• Registration and payment will be considered as agreement to comply with all booth regulations.
• If a booth is canceled after acceptance but before the booth number is announced, 30% of the registration fee will be charged as a punitive penalty.
• If a booth is canceled after the booth number is announced, 100% of the registration fee will be charged as a punitive penalty.
• The accepted booth will consider the registrant as the primary contact. Each simple booth can accommodate up to 1 creator, each standard booth up to 2 creators, and each deluxe booth up to 4 creators.
• All creators/group names within the booth must be registered at the time of registration.
• Do not resell or transfer the accepted booth to unregistered or unverified creators. If found, the booth will be canceled without a refund.
• To change the members or booth information of the accepted booth, please email before September 10, 2024.

• 受理されたブースを未登録または未確認のクリエイターに転売または譲渡しないでください。発見された場合、ブースはキャンセルされ、返金はされません。
• 受理されたブースのメンバーやブース情報を変更する必要がある場合、2024年9月10日までにメールで連絡してください。

• All unaccepted booths/cancellations will be refunded to the creators' designated refund account via the system by August 30. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded directly to your credit card limit.
• Creators' Subsidy Program Qualifying Booths: Booth registration fees will be refunded to the creators' designated refund account via the system within seven working days after meeting the subsidy criteria. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded directly to your credit card limit.

• すべての未受理ブース/キャンセル返金は、8月30日までにクリエイター指定の返金口座にシステムを通じて返金されます。クレジットカードで支払った場合、金額は直接クレジットカードの利用限度額に返金されます。
• クリエイター補助計画達成ブース: ブースの登録料は、補助基準を達成後7営業日以内にクリエイター指定の返金口座にシステムを通じて返金されます。クレジットカードで支払った場合、金額は直接クレジットカードの利用限度額に返金されます。

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to all registration rules and will comply with the regulations of Fenstar Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). Any violations will result in full legal and compensation responsibilities.

The Organizer will host the "2024 AGA Adult Anime & Gaming Expo" from October 12, 2024, to October 13, 2024, providing booth applicants (hereinafter referred to as "Booth Owners") with the right to use their booths and ensuring their booth usage rights.

The Organizer will provide all equipment rented by the Booth Owners at the time of application.

The Organizer will offer Booth Owners a special discount code for their fans to enter during ticket purchase to receive a 100 TWD ticket discount. If 100 or more tickets are purchased with this booth code, the Booth Owner will receive a full refund of the booth fee.

Each day after closing, booths must be tidied up. If renting a booth for both days, items may be left in the booth overnight; the Organizer is not responsible for their safekeeping.

Compliance with event regulations and Nangang Exhibition Hall rules is required. Violations will result in forfeiture of booth usage rights.

Any actions violating Taiwanese laws or public order are not the responsibility of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the booth display and seek compensation for damages.

If the Organizer or a third party suffers damages due to such violations, the Booth Owner is liable for compensation.

Booth Owners are responsible for any disputes or violations of the Organizer's registration rules caused by their assistants or co-renters.

登録することにより、すべての登録規則を認識し、フェンスター株式会社（以下「主催者」と称する）の規定に従うことに同意したものと見なされます。違反があった場合、すべての法的および賠償責任を負うものとします。

主催者は2024年10月12日から2024年10月13日まで「2024AGAアダルトアニメ＆ゲーム展」を開催し、出展者（以下「ブース所有者」と称する）にブースの使用権を提供し、その使用権を保障します。

主催者は、ブース所有者が申請時にレンタルしたすべての設備を提供します。

主催者はブース所有者に、ファンがチケット購入時に入力すると100元のチケット割引を受けられる特別な割引コードを提供します。このブースコードで100枚以上のチケットが購入された場合、ブース所有者はブース料金の全額返金を受け取ります。

毎日の閉館後はブースを整理整頓してください。両日ブースを借りる場合、アイテムをブース内に残しておくことができますが、主催者はその保管責任を負いません。

イベント規則および南港展覧館の規定に従う必要があります。違反があった場合、ブース使用権を放棄したものとみなされます。

台湾の法律や公共の秩序に違反する行為については、主催者は責任を負いません。主催者はブース展示を取り消し、関連する賠償を求める権利を有します。

このような違反によって主催者または第三者の権利が損なわれた場合、ブース所有者は損害賠償責任を負うものとします。

ブース所有者の助手や共同賃借人が主催者の登録規則に違反した場合、ブース所有者が責任を負います。
