(一)攤位審核相關​

  1. 本攤位僅提供給個人創作者、社團使用,如公司行號或營業人請報名【企業攤位】。
  2. 如經發現為公司行號,將會無法過審核
  3. 報名時需預先繳費,繳費完成並不代表已經通過審核並錄取本次活動,必須靜待審核通知,最慢於七個工作天內可以收到E-mail審核通知,審核會告知通過與否。
  4. 審核通過即代表您已錄取本場活動,未通過者會告知審核不成功之原因並且進行系統退費,如僅為部分內容不符資格,可於修改後重新報名並繳款。
  5. 每攤報名費包含相關設備、構築成本、場後清潔等費用。
  6. 每次報名皆會收取100元作為人工審核手續費(該費用已包含在報名費的總金額)。

(二)錄取相關

  1. 攤位報名費一經審核通過則視為錄取,概不因任何原因進行退費,錄取通知後欲取消參展之創作者,其所繳納之參展費用會充作本展覽宣傳經費支出,不予退還。
  2. 參展創作者所錄取之攤位不得私自轉讓或以非報名時申請之創作者參加展出。如有違反,本公司除立即收回轉讓之攤位、停止非報名創作者繼續展出外,對於轉讓者將禁其兩年內參加本公司在國內舉辦之任何活動。
  3. 展覽因任何不可抗力因素影響,如罷工、天災、國家緊急動員、疫情、地震、颱風、水災…等等,而導致延期、縮短展期,參展創作者不得要求主辦單位賠償或退款,若展覽取消則扣除必要費用後退款予參展創作者,參展創作者因籌劃展覽衍生費用,主辦單位不負賠償責任。​
  4. 未通過審核之攤位將會扣除100元人工審核手續費用後進行退款。
  5. 任何攤位問題可來信 ACE創作者攤位小組:booths@aga-expo.com (其餘信箱皆不回應攤位問題)

(三)攤位規劃

  1. 錄取攤位由AGA創作者攤位小組,依販售類別統一進行劃區排位。
  2. 排位順序由攤位數多至少排序,遇相同攤位格數之創作者,按繳費日期排序。
  3. 攤位排列方式主辦單位保留最後變更的權利。
  4. 本場取消報名時能夠選擇「希望相鄰的攤位」,避免在規劃時造成爭議,敬請見諒。
  5. 攤位資訊一經公布恕不接受任何形式的換位申請,也不接受私下換位,如經主辦方發現將會立即要求其進行改善,如不配合將會立即中止該攤位販售與展出。​

(四)攤位販售內容

  1. 成人區攤位報名者與其助手夥伴均須年滿18歲,禁止未成年人員進行販售。 ​
  2. 本場嚴格執行販售品分級制度,因此本場ACE設立成人專區,如攤位有販售任何成人內容的商品,即便有打馬賽克或進行黏貼處理,依舊無法在成人區以外的區域進行販售(何謂成人內容?)
  3. 如擅自於非成人區之攤位進行販售成人商品,除立即中止攤位販售以外,兩年內該攤位將無法參加由本公司舉辦之任何活動。

ブース申込注意事項:

(一)ブース審査関連

  1. 当ブースは個人クリエーターや団体に提供されます。法人や事業者の場合は、「企業ブース」に申し込んでください。
  2. 法人や事業者の申込が発覚した場合、審査に通過できません。
  3. 申込時には事前に料金を支払う必要があります。支払い完了は審査および本イベントへの参加が承認されたことを意味しません。審査結果の通知を静かに待つ必要があり、最長で7営業日以内に審査結果の通知が届きます。審査結果によっては、承認または不承認の連絡があります。
  4. 承認は本イベントへの参加を意味します。不承認の場合は、不承認の理由が通知され、システムを通じて払い戻しが行われます。一部の条件が不適格である場合は、修正後に再申込と支払いを行うことができます。
  5. 各ブースの申込料には、関連する設備、構築費用、後片付けなどの費用が含まれます。
  6. 各申込には手動審査手数料として100円がかかります(申込料総額に含まれます)。


(二)承認およびキャンセル

  1. ブースの申込料が承認された場合、それは受理とみなされます。いかなる理由においても返金は行われません。受理通知を受けた後で出展をキャンセルする場合、支払った展示料は展示宣伝費として使用され、返金されません。
  2. 割り当てられたブースは、申込期間中に申込を行っていないクリエーターに転売することはできません。このルールに違反した場合、主催者は転売されたブースを即座に回収し、申込者に対して国内で開催される主催者のイベントへの2年間の参加禁止を行います。
  3. ストライキ、天災、国家緊急時動員、流行病、地震、台風、水害など、いかなる不可抗力による展示の延期または短縮があった場合、出展者は主催者に対して補償や返金を要求することはできません。展示が中止された場合は、必要経費を差し引いた後、出展者に返金されます。展示の計画にかかる費用については、主催者は補償の責任を負いません。
  4. 審査に通過しなかったブースには、手動審査手数料100円を差し引いた後、返金が行われます。
  5. ブースに関する問い合わせは、ACEクリエーターブースチームまでご連絡ください:booths@aga-expo.com(その他のメールアドレスではブースに関する問い合わせには応じられません)。


(三)ブース配置

  1. 割り当てられたブースは、販売カテゴリに基づいてAGAクリエーターブースチームによって統一的に配置されます。
  2. ブース数の多いクリエーターから少ない順に配置順序が決定され、同じブース数の場合は支払日による順位付けが行われます。
  3. ブースの配置方法については、主催者に最終的な変更権限があります。
  4. キャンセル時には、「隣接するブースを希望する」と選択することができますが、予定の立案に問題が生じないように配慮してください。
  5. ブース情報が発表された後は、いかなる形式のブース変更の要求も受け付けません。非公式なブースの変更も受け付けられません。主催者が違反を発見した場合、即座に是正を要求します。協力が得られない場合は、ブースの販売と展示を即座に停止します。


(四)ブース販売内容

  1. 成人向けエリアのブース申込者およびそのアシスタントは、18歳以上である必要があります。未成年者の販売は禁止されています。
  2. 本イベントでは商品のレーティングシステムが厳密に適用されています。そのため、成人向けエリアが設けられています。ブースが成人向けコンテンツのブース販売を行う場合、モザイク処理や貼り付け処理が行われていても、成人向けエリア以外での販売は許可されません(成人向けコンテンツとは何か?)。
  3. 成人向け商品を無断で非成人向けエリアのブースで販売した場合、ブースの販売が即座に停止され、2年間の期間、そのブースは主催者が開催するいかなるイベントにも参加できなくなります。

Recruitment Types: Anime-related creations, original works, doujinshi, novels, merchandise, games, audiovisual creations, cosplay photography, model figurines, costumes, etc.

Open Recruitment Period: 8/4 - 9/4 (Mon) until 6:00 PM

Announcement of Acceptance: 9/11 (Mon) *Early announcements may be made if preparations are completed in advance.


Booth Registration Notes:


(1) Booth Application and Review

  1. This booth is only available for individual creators and organizations. Companies and businesses should apply for the "Corporate Booth" category.
  2. If it is discovered that the applicant is a company or business, the application will not be approved.
  3. Payment must be made in advance during the registration process. Completing the payment does not guarantee approval and participation in the event. Applicants must wait for the review notification, which will be sent via email within a maximum of seven working days. The review notification will inform whether the application has been approved or not.
  4. Approval indicates acceptance for the event. If the application is not approved, the reasons for the unsuccessful review will be communicated, and a refund will be issued through the system. If only certain aspects of the application are not eligible, applicants can make necessary modifications and reapply with the payment.
  5. The registration fee for each booth includes equipment, construction costs, and post-event cleaning expenses.
  6. A manual review fee of 100 yen will be charged for each application (included in the total amount of the registration fee).


(2) Acceptance and Cancellation

  1. Once the booth registration fee is approved, it is considered as acceptance. No refunds will be provided for any reason. In the event that a creator wishes to cancel their participation after receiving the acceptance notification, the paid exhibition fee will be used as part of the exhibition promotion budget and will not be refunded.
  2. The assigned booth cannot be transferred to another creator who did not apply during the registration period. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate retrieval of the transferred booth, cessation of non-registered creator's exhibition, and a two-year ban on participating in any domestic events organized by the company.
  3. In the case of any force majeure events that affect the exhibition, such as strikes, natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, etc., causing postponement or shortened exhibition period, exhibitors cannot request compensation or refunds from the organizer. If the exhibition is canceled, refunds will be issued to exhibitors after deducting necessary expenses. The organizer is not responsible for compensating exhibitors for any expenses incurred in planning the exhibition.
  4. For booths that do not pass the review, a refund will be issued after deducting the 100 yen manual review fee.
  5. For any booth-related inquiries, please contact ACE Creator Booth Team at booths@aga-expo.com (other email addresses will not respond to booth-related inquiries).


(3) Booth Arrangement

  1. The assigned booths will be arranged and prioritized by the AGA Creator Booth Team based on the category of goods/services.
  2. The order of allocation will be based on the number of booths, with priority given to creators with more booths. If there are creators with an equal number of booths, the payment dates will be used for sorting.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to make the final changes to the booth arrangement.
  4. During the cancellation of registration, creators can indicate their preference for neighboring booths. However, please understand that this preference cannot be guaranteed during the planning process.
  5. Once the booth information is announced, no requests for booth changes in any form will be accepted. Private booth exchanges are also not permitted. If the organizer discovers any violations, immediate action will be taken to rectify the situation. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of booth sales and exhibition for that booth.


(4) Booth Sales Content

  1. For booths in the adult section, both the booth applicant and their assistant must be at least 18 years old. Selling by minors is prohibited.
  2. This event strictly follows a product rating system. Therefore, a dedicated adult section is set up. If a booth sells any adult content products, even if they are pixelated or censored, they cannot be sold outside the adult section (What is considered adult content?).
  3. If adult products are sold without authorization at non-adult section booths, booth sales will be immediately suspended, and the booth will be banned from participating in any events organized by the company for a period of two years.

🌓 攤位付款到一半重整頁面,還可以繼續付款嗎?

若發生以下情形,請參考後續步驟:

  1. 重整頁面:將會返回活動頁。請於 10 分鐘內點選「繼續付款」完成購買攤位。
  2. 關閉瀏覽器:請在 10 分鐘內重啟或回到原付款頁,即可繼續完成購買攤位。
  3. 回上一頁:若確認回到上一步驟,攤位將會自動釋出,需重新購買攤位。


🛒 為什麼我按了「購買票券」之後無法成功下訂單?

攤位可能剛好在您送出訂單前售完。建議把握時間,及早購買攤位。


⏳如果沒有在訂單保留時間內付款或取得付款資訊,會發生什麼事嗎?

為了保障所有攤位購票人的權益,若未在 10 分鐘的訂單保留期限內完成付款( 信用卡付款 )或取得付款資訊( ATM虛擬帳號付款 / 7-ELEVEN代碼付款 ),系統會自動取消訂單,需請您重新購買攤位。


👛 有哪些付款方式?

Oen 目前有 3 種購票的付款方式供您選擇:信用卡、ATM虛擬帳號、7-ELEVEN繳費代碼。


🏦 我在銀行營業時間過後才去ATM轉帳繳費,隔日才收到入帳訊息,會影響訂單交易嗎?

只要在繳款期限內完成 ATM 轉帳都可成功付款,不受銀行入帳日的影響


❌ ATM虛擬帳號匯錯金額怎麼辦?

匯款的金額若與訂單金額不符,Oen 平台會自動取消您的訂單。若欲繼續購買攤位,請重新下單。匯錯的金額將由 Oen 扣除處理費退回原帳號。


📄 忘記付款資訊了怎麼辦?

Oen 在您送出購買訂單時,將發送繳費通知信至您的會員信箱。

若找不到信件您可參考以下步驟:

  1. 前往原活動頁。
  2. 點擊「右上角大頭貼」,登入 Oen 會員
  3. 前往「會員專區」。
  4. 前往「活動票券」選擇「未付款票券」的分頁。
  5. 點選票券訂單右下方的「查看付款資訊」,即可查看票券付款相關資訊。

👀 如何查看已報名的攤位?

Oen 平台採用 QR Code 電子票券。欲檢視已購買的攤位,請按照以下步驟操作:

  1. 前往原活動頁。
  2. 點擊「右上角大頭貼」,登入 Oen 會員
  3. 前往「 會員專區」。 
  4. 會員專區的「活動票券」 可查看所有已購買或已使用的活動票券。
  5. 點擊票券上的「顯示票券」即可查看票券細節,包含:入場 QR Code、票號、場次時間、票種、票價、持有人等資訊。


⚠️ 沒收到訂單成立通知信件怎麼辦?

完成付款後,等很久卻沒有收到訂單成立通知信件時:

  1. 前往原活動頁,登入Oen。
  2. 請前往會員專區的「活動票券」,確認票券是否已取得票券。
  3. 點擊「顯示票券」,檢視購票人輸入的電子郵件是否正確。
  4. 前往該信箱確定是否有收到信件。


🧾 購買的攤位會開立發票嗎?

主辦方有委託 Oen 平台代開立電子發票,待報名結束後,將由系統寄送電子發票開立通知至您的 Oen 會員電子郵件。

💵 How to register and make payment?

Before registration, please log in or sign up as an Oen member.


🔐 I want to log in, but clicking on "Login" after receiving the verification code doesn't work. What should I do?

It's possible that there are too many users trying to log in at the same time, causing the system to have a waiting period. Please wait or refresh the page and try again. We recommend completing the registration or login process in advance before purchasing tickets.


❎ What should I do if I don't receive the verification code?

Click on "Resend Verification Code," and the system will send the verification code again.


🔈 The system says I'm already registered. What should I do?

Please select "Login" on the registration/login page and enter your registered phone number or verified email address to log in.


🚫 Why can't I access the event page?

There might be too many users accessing the event page simultaneously. Please wait for 10-15 minutes and try to access the page again.


🌓 If the page refreshes when making a payment halfway through, can I continue with the payment?

If any of the following situations occur, please follow these steps:

  1. If the page refreshes, you will return to the event page. Click "Continue Payment" within 10 minutes to complete the booth purchase.
  2. If you close the browser, restart it within 10 minutes, or return to the original payment page to continue with the purchase.
  3. If you go back to the previous page, the booth will be automatically released, and you'll need to purchase it again.


🛒 Why can't I successfully place an order after clicking on "Buy Ticket"?

The booth might have been sold out just before you submitted your order. We recommend acting quickly and purchasing the booth early.


⏳ What happens if I don't make the payment or get payment information within the order retention period?

To ensure fairness for all booth ticket buyers, if you fail to complete the payment (credit card payment) or get payment information (ATM virtual account payment / 7-ELEVEN code payment) within the 10-minute order retention period, the system will automatically cancel your order, and you'll need to repurchase the booth.


👛 What payment methods are available?

Oen currently offers three payment methods for purchasing tickets: credit card, ATM virtual account, and 7-ELEVEN payment code.


🏦 I transfer the payment through ATM after banking hours, and I receive the payment confirmation the next day. Will it affect the transaction?

As long as you complete the ATM transfer within the payment period, it will be successful, and the payment won't be affected by the bank's posting date.


❌ What should I do if I transfer the wrong amount to the ATM virtual account?

If the transferred amount doesn't match the order amount, Oen platform will automatically cancel your order. If you wish to proceed with the booth purchase, please place a new order. The excess amount will be deducted as a processing fee and refunded to the original account.


📄 What if I forget the payment information?

After you submit the purchase order, Oen will send a payment notification to your member email address. If you can't find the email, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the original event page.
  2. Click on the "Profile Avatar" in the upper right corner and log in to your Oen account.
  3. Go to "Member Area."
  4. Go to "Event Tickets" and select the "Unpaid Tickets" section.
  5. Click on "View Payment Information" at the bottom right corner of the ticket order to check the payment details.


🙌🏻 How do I know if the booth purchase was successful?

After making the payment, please log in to Oen and go to the member area to check the ticket status.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the original event page.
  2. Click on the "Profile Avatar" in the upper right corner and log in to your Oen account.
  3. Go to "Member Area."
  4. Go to "Event Tickets."
  5. The tickets in the "My Tickets" section indicate successful payment and issuance of tickets.
  6. The tickets in the "Unpaid Tickets" section indicate that the payment has not been completed.


👀 How can I view the booths I have registered for?

Oen platform uses QR Code e-tickets. To view the purchased booths, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the original event page.
  2. Click on the "Profile Avatar" in the upper right corner and log in to your Oen account.
  3. Go to "Member Area."
  4. In the "Event Tickets" section, you can see all purchased or used event tickets.
  5. Click on "Show Ticket" to view the ticket details, including entry QR code, ticket number, session time, ticket type, ticket price, holder information, etc.


⚠️ What if I don't receive the order confirmation email?

If you have made the payment but haven't received the order confirmation email for a long time:

  1. Go to the original event page and log in to Oen.
  2. Go to the "Event Tickets" in the member area to confirm if you have obtained the ticket.
  3. Click "Show Ticket" to check if the email address provided by the ticket purchaser is correct.
  4. Check the mailbox for the confirmation email.


🧾 Will I receive an invoice for the purchased booths?

The organizer has entrusted Oen platform to issue electronic invoices. After the registration ends, the system will send an electronic invoice issuance notification to your Oen member email.
